Create a request from a PDF

Upload a request received by email, mail, fax, or in person. Bellwether reads the PDF, uses OCR for scans, checks for duplicates, and calculates the response deadline.

Incoming request PDF

Text PDFs are read directly. Scans use OCR automatically.

Use the original receipt date. Importing a PDF does not restart the response clock.

Choose OCR every page when the PDF’s text cannot be selected or copied reliably.
